Shipping Policy

All shipping are free within the continental U.S. For Hawaii / Alaska shipping and international shipping, the rates will be reflected at checkout. 

Expedited shipping (2 business days) is also available for an additional fee. 

Return Policy

We will accept the returned item in its original condition with packing materials, including dust bag, accessories, order invoice and product instructions within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products. To request a free return label, please email us at info@mikahayashi.com. 

Please try the shoes on a clean carpeted surface to protect the delicate soles. Please be aware that returned items that do not meet our requirements will be sent back to you and a refund will not be processed. 

Once the returned item has been inspected carefully, we will notify you via email about the status of the return. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. The credit usually will be posted in 3-5 business days, but please be aware that it depends on your financial institution.
